Developed a Program to find regulatory elements using Alignment algorithm. |

Developed a Program to find and predict the regulatory elements through Hidden Markov approach. Both programs are written in c++ with GUI in JAVA. Based on Linux platform. |

Developed a general purpose program suit for sequence analysis, like conservation degree estimation of a sequence, complementary and reverse sequence converter etc. some are in c++ while some are in PERL. |

Currently working over the process of retro transposition in repeats. From the relation derived among regulatory elements harboring Alus and associated genes (Using my own programs suite) of Human Chromosome 22, I am extending my work into network of regulated genes/possible regulated genes. This should help us to understand the genes of chromosome 22 better in terms of role in diseases and stability. |
